Being
a native speaker of URDU and a next-to-native speaker of English, I found it
very difficult to learn Italian in the beginning. But within 6 months I learned
enough to communicate in Italian with people around me. Although I did my
masters in Trieste, Italy, the official language of instruction was English. So
my Italian remains colloquial.
The
first link is to the Institute in Trieste, Italy, where I did my masters. You
will not find something to learn Italian here. The link is here because I love
that place.
